We only offer returns on items that are defective or damaged when received. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving the order with any complaints you may have.
When receiving goods, it is the recipient’s responsibility to thoroughly check the goods for any damage. If an item or the packaging has been tampered with during transit/delivery, please note this on the delivery docket, take some photos and contact Bathroom Excellence by e-mail or contact us within 48 hours.
