When receiving goods, it is the recipient’s responsibility to thoroughly check the goods for any damage. If an item or the packaging has been tampered with during transit/delivery, please note this on the delivery docket, take some photos and contact Bathroom Excellence by e-mail or contact us within 48 hours.
