If an item or the packaging has been tampered with during transit/delivery, please note this on the delivery docket, take some photos and contact Bathroom Excellence by e-mail or contact us within 48 hours.

Our online website is open 24/7. Orders will be processed during our working hours only. We are open from Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday. Contact us directly or follow us on any of our social links for Christmas/Bank holiday timings as timings may differ.
